Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 20 day of April, 2016 and entered in case No. 15-CC-3963 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SABAL SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, LORRAINE P. RISCICA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE P. RISCICA, IF ANY, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF ROSE SALERNO A/K/A ROSE JEAN SALERNO, DECEASED, AND LORRAINE P. RISCICA, AS SURVIVING DAUGHTER OF ROSE SALERNO, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 7, BLK 01, SABAL SPRINGS GOLF AND RACQUET CLUB, UNIT FOUR B, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 65, Pgs. 81-82, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
