NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051276 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS A. LINDSTROM A/K/A DOUGLAS LINDSTROM, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, COLONIAL GROVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
