Final Judgment was awarded on April 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051113, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY TEW; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 22, 2016 at 9:00 A.M., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 16, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS EDGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
