NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 22 day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-59018, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY YOUNG WELLS FARGO BANK, NA STEPHANIE YOUNG UNKNOWN TENANT(S); and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 37, PART 1, UNIT NO. 5, AND FIRST ADDITION TO UNIT NO. 3-A & 3-B, FORT MEYERS VILLAS, ACCORDING TO the PLAT thereof AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
