NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No.15-CA-050988, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SANTANDER BANK, N.A., FKA SOVEREIGN BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and AMERICO ROSATO; YVONNE ROSATO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
