NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004782 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and Michael J. Sizemore; Mitzi N. Sizemore; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 301; ALL OF LOTS 302 AND 303; AND THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 304, CRESTLINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
