NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-000734-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is the Plaintiff and Cuauhtemoc Llam Villalobos a/k/a Cauhtemoc Llamas a/k/a Cuatemoc Llamas; Sandra Fano de Jesus; The Unknown Spouse of Cuauhtemoc Llam Villalobos a/k/a Cauhtemoc Llamas a/k/a Cuatemoc Llamas; Unknown Spouse of Sandra Fano de Jesus; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association, f/k/a Capital One Bank; Unknown Parties in Possession #1; Unknown Parties in Possession #2; If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, a Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, THE EAST 17.67 FEET OF LOT 14, AND THE EAST 70.67 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3.50 FEET OF LOT 12, IN BLOCK “A”, OF FAIRWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 161, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
