NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 001558 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-KS3 is the Plaintiff, and LEONARD R. DIBIASE A/K/A LEONARD DI BIASE; LINDA G. DIBIASE A/K/A LINDA G. DI BIASE; BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A BENEVA RIDGE PROPERTIES, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 16, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 347, BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BENEVA RIDGE RECORDED OCTOBER 8, 1976 IN O.R. 1140, PAGES 1097 TO 1145 INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 26 TO 26B INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
