NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 009542 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DR. ALI TAHIRI A/K/A ALI TAHIRI A/K/A AL TAHIRI; MAHTAB BOLOURI; RED HAWK RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MJRA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 16, 2016 at 09:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, RED HAWK RESERVE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
