NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2010 CA 008565 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTERST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DENISE DE LANCY; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A OLIVIA LENZ; WAYNE F. SEITL, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE E.W. MORTON, JR. TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2001 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
