NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015-CA-002424 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CAROLYN A. JARVIS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 7, 2003; CAROLYN A. JARVIS TRUSTEE OF THE CAROLYN A. JARVIS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 7, 2003; OVERBROOK GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC; SUN TRUST BANK; CAROLYN A JARVIS; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
