NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2016 and entered in case 2013-CA-008052-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Marc Polley, Unknown Spouse of Marc W. Polley nka Debra Schoolcraft, Sherry Polley, Unknown Spouse of Sherry Polley, FIA Card Services, NA, John Doe, Jane Doe, Unknown Parties/Tenants in Possession and any and all person whether living or dead, all unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, and /or trustees for the cliamants by, through or under them and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described is the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
