NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2014 CA 000829 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSETT BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2004-AC6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AC6 is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR BROSLAT A/K/A ARTHUR W. BROSLAT; MARTA ISABEL IBARRA DE BROSLAT; THE PLANTATION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; GOVERNOR'S GREEN AT THE PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; TENANT N/K/A LAURIS BROSLAT are the Defendant(s).
