LESS AND EXCEPT THOSE LANDS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN ORDER OF TAKING BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4363, PAGE 1130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
