NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-007368-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOAN C. BOOS; PRIVE AUTOMOTIVE, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GLORIA HOWARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JAYTICIA THOMPSON, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of September, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, AND ALL OF LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 107, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
