NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51 2014 CA 004519 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-8, is the Plaintiff and Dupree Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Mirna Marte, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Beazer Mortgage Corporation, Rolando Almonte, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Mircella Bonilla, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
