NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007526-ES -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE D. POINDEXTER; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MEADOW POINTE IV-A MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A DEREKK ELLIS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE D. POINDEXTER; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of June 2016 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 47, MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “J”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
