has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to KOPELOWITZ OSTROW FERGUSON WEISELBERG GILBERT, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is One West Las Olas Boulevard, Suite 500, Ft.
