NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003303 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and South Fork of Hillsborough County III Homeowners Association Inc., Antonio Meza, Maria T. Meza, Unknown Tenant I, Unknown Tenant II, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 49, BLOCK 1, SOUTH FORK UNIT 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
