To Defendants RALPH LARA, MDB FUNDING, LLC, TOTAL LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 15, 2016, in Case No.: 29-2012-CA-017838 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual apacity, but solely as the Trustee of the Primestar-H Fund I Trust is the Plaintiff, and RALPH LARA, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The West 45 feet of Lot 12 and the West 75 feet of Lot 13, Block 53, of SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLA, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 5, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
The above property will be sold on May 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
