As a point of reference commence at an existing 4” x 4” concrete momument marked PLS #2347, marking the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21; thence proceed N00deg 17 '47”W (an assumed bearing) along the East boundary of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, a distance of 187.00 feet to an existing 5/8” iron rod marked PLS.2347; thence continue N00deg 17' 47” W a distance of 165.00 feet; thence departing said East boundary of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, S80deg 21'30”W, a distance of 25.00' to a point on the West maintained right of way line of Clarence Gordon Jr. Road, and to the point of beginning; thence continue S80deg21'30”W, a distance of 317.52 feet; thence S00deg 17'47”E, a distance of 250.00 feet to an existing 5/8” iron rod, marked PLS #2347 on the southerly Bank of an existing Drainage Canal; thence N67deg 06'46”E, along said Canal Bank, a distance of 341.06 feet to a point on the West maintained right of way line of Clarence Gordon Jr. Road; thence N00deg 49'46”W along said right of way line, a distance of 170.55' to the point of beginning.
