NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016037 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for FBR Securitization Trust 2005-5, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Response Realty Group, Inc A Florida Corporation As Trustee And Not Personally Under The Provisions Of A Trust Agreement Dated The 20th Day Of September, 2006, Known As 10011 Land Trust, State Of Florida, Alfred James Kripps, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
