NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated April 17, 2016 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016853 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and JOHN S. HACKER, CORTNEY C. HACKER, CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 16, 2016 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
