Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash online at: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on May 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 17 of Block 45, Clair-Mel City, Unit No. 10, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, on Page 88, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
