From the Southwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 29 South, Range 20 East; run North 0°05' West, 485.71 feet along the West boundary of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4; thence North 89°46.5' East, 42.70 feet; thence North 200 feet for a point of beginning; thence North 100 feet; thence North 89°46.5' East, 200 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence South 89° 46.5' West, 200 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
