NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. .: 29-2013-CA-009891 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR2, is Plaintiff and YOVANNY SANTANA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, Bellingham Oaks, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 52, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 7229 Bellingham Oaks Blvd, Tampa, FL 33634
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
