JAY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LEO A. JAY A/K/A LEO ANTHONY JAY A/K/A LEON ANDRZEJEWSKI; SHELDON WEST CONDOMINIUM OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; DAVID BOWERING; LEO A.
