Final Judgment was awarded on March 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-015791, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and SUNEEL KHETARPAL; CAROLYN ANN SAUNDERS; FIRSTATLANTIC BANK; NEW FLORESTA OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWNTENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
