NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-003966 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL E. MCFARLAND N/KA ROBIN MCFARLAND; GREAT WESTERN BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO TIERONE BANK ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; MICHAEL E. MCFARLAND; DEBORAH MCFARLAND are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, MONTCLAIR MEADOW 3RD UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
