Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff; EARL HOWARD HARPER, an individual; DAWN HARPER, an individual; STATE OF FLORIDA, a governmental entity; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC, a foreign limited liability company; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 IN BLOCK 37, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE EAST, OF SULPHUR SPRING SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 111 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
