NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on the 13h day of April 2016, and entered in Case NO. 15-CA-005921 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Kevin R. Pilling & Kayla Pilling, is the Plaintiff and Mitchell D. Morrison and Denise M. Morrison are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of July 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 10 and 11 as shown on a survey as Recorded in Deed Book 1518, Pages 220, of that part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida which lies North of State Road 41 (Harney Road) Less the North 140 fee thereof
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
