NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on the 18th day of April 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 29-2013-CA-013914, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 30 and 31, less the East 23 feet of Lot 31, in Block 4, of Lake Britton Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, at Page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
