CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-10, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10, is Plaintiff and MARKET TAMPA INVESTMENTS, LLC AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE 10528 CORAL KEY LAND TRUST DATED THE 21 DAY OF AUGUST 2013; ACQUISITIONS TRUST, LLC, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 10528 CORAL KEY LAND TRUST DATED THE 21 DAY OF AUGUST 2013; JS PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, ALTERNATIVE TRUSTEE OF THE 10528 CORAL KEY LAND TRUST DATED THE 21 DAY OF AUGUST 2013,; LINDSEY T. SHIREY; DARREN SORENSON; HERITAGE ISLES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 JULIO LEBRON IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of MAY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 1, OF SPICOLA PARCEL AT HERITAGE ISLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
