NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-CA-011374 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR SASCO MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-GEL3 is the Plaintiff and Matthew R. Kahelin; Carol A. Kehelin; Wilder Park Estates' Home Owners Association, Inc.; Citifinancial Auto Corporation F/K/A Transouth Financial Corporation; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession; Tenant #3; Tenant #2; Tenant #1; are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 17th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, WILDER PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
