BOOK 3937, PAGE 777 OF THE AFORESAID PUBLIC RECORDS OF AND THE CERTIFICATE OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR ONE LAUREL PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4073, PAGE 1026, OF THE AFORESAID PUBLIC RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
