NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-002655-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and DAVID BELTRAN; ROBERTA A. BELTRAN NKA ROBERTA ROSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID BELTRAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA A. BELTRAN NKA ROBERTA ROSE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, SEMINOLE PINES SUBDIVISION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGES 37, 38, AND 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
