NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-003476-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Renaissance Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Eileen R. White; Unknown Spouse of Eileen R. White; Town Shores of Gulfport No. 210, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LANCASTER HOUSE UNIT 109 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 210, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 52, 53, AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 22, 1972 IN O.R. BOOK 3929, PAGE 622, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72-147866, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.0911% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NO. 82, NEITHER INSURED OR GUARANTEED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
