NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of March 2016 and entered in Case No. 15005206CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LISA J. SPANGLER A/K/A LISA SPANGLER FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY -DISSOLVED CORPORATION UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA J. SPANGLER A/K/A LISA SPANGLER N/K/A ROBERT SPANGLER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 31st day of May 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 23, BLOCK A, WHITEWAY ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
