YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BELLEAIR OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 515, as shown on Condominium Plat of BELLEAIR OAKS, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 41, Pages 8-10, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded April 11, 1980, in Official Records Book 5009, Pages 3-46, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1975 West Bay Drive, #515, Largo, Florida, 33770.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 5-27-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
