NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-000804-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY J. INNAMORATO, ET. AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH SEVENTY-FIVE (75) FEET OF THE NORTH THREE-HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FIVE (375) FEET OF THE EAST ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET OF THE WEST EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY (830) FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; TOGETHER WITH AND INCLUDING AN EASEMENT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO BE USED IN COMMON WITH OTHERS, OVER AND UPON THE EAST 15 FEET OF THE SOUTH 945 FEET OF THE EAST 100 FEET OF THE WEST 830 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
