NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006289-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and DENISE DIXON F/K/A DENISE M. HIXSON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS IN DEED BOOK 11861 PAGE 252 AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 23, ROSE MOUND GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
