Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-8629-CO-042, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT NO. 404, BAY SHORES YACHT AND TENNIS CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 63, 64 AND 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, WITH AN UNDIVIDED 0.621481% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 15, 1976 IN O.R. BOOK 4369 PAGE 309, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 27, 2016. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
