NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2016 that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 7, Less the South 40 feet, and all of Lot 8, Block D, PARK HEIGHTS, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 73, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
