NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-001601-XXCI-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and CATHERINE RULLO, HIER are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 3, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NUMBER 4303, LAKE FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 6000, AT PAGE 1082 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OWNERSHIP OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON SURPLUS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
