NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-006767 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Ethne Duetta Skeene a/k/a Ethne D. Skeene are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF LOT 13, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF LOT 21, EDGEWOOD MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT IS DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13, EDGEWOOD MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING (P.O.B.), THEN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 21 A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET, THEN EAST ALONG A LINE THAT IS AN EXTENSION OF THE NORTH LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 13 TO THE EAST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 21, THEN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 21 A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET, THEN WEST TO THE P.O.B. WHICH LINE IS AN EXTENSION OF THE SOUTH LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 13.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
