NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-012037-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Tracy Reed fka Tracy D`Amaro; Daniel F Reed; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Unknown Spouse Of Joseph John D`Amaro; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
DEXTER PARK, FIRST ADDITION, LOT 66, LESS BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 66, RUN 89 DEGREES WEST, 105 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE 97.07', NORTH 49 DEGREES WEST, 44.93', NORTH 0 DEGREES E, 44.48', SOUTH 60 DEGREES EAST, 150.84' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SUBDIVISION NUMBER 21060,SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
