NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 29-2015-000943-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Consuelo Maria Santiago A/K/A Consuelo M. Santiago; The Unknown Spouse Of Consuelo Maria Santiago A/K/A Consuelo M. Santiago; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Bordeaux Village Association, No. 2, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 105-K, BUILDING K, PHASE IV, BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 101 AND 102 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 35 THROUGH 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5040, PAGE 1272, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
