Sherman; Unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, trustees of Joan Sherman a/k/a Joan Marie Sherman, deceased; Peter Widner, Heir; Russell Sherman, Heir and Samuel D. Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Diane Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Joanie Delosh, Heir; Unknown Spouse of Robert E. Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Robert Sherman, Heir; Unknown Spouse of Samuel D. Sherman; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Whispering Woods Homeowners Association of Pinellas County; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. fka Capital One Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, WHISPERING WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
