NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-007772-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 Legal Title Trust, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee is the Plaintiff and Marguerite B. Daubert; Unknown Spouse of Marguerite B. Daubert; Paul L. Daubert; Unknown Spouse of Paul L. Daubert; Terrace Park of Five Towns, No.17, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
KENILWORTH BUILDING UNIT 106, TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 17, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4967, PAGE 827, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 22-24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
