LOT 6, BLOCK 49 OF TOWNHOME MANORS OF COUNTRSYIDE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE(S) 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 2013 SEASIDE CAY DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 21, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
